Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy

All orders placed by users are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company or postal norms.


Delivery Timeline:

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authority. Product will be deliver in 7-10 business days. Delivery confirmation will be sent to the buyer's registered email ID.


Shipping Charges:

If any shipping cost(s) are levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as applicable), they are non-refundable.


Return Policy:

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return for eligible products within this timeframe.


Refund Policy:

Once a return is approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.


Exchange and Replacement:

All approved exchanges or replacements for damaged products will be processed and delivered within 7 business days from the approval date.
